Vacation rental homes are normally fully furnished homes with between 1 to 7 bedrooms and 1 to 5 bathrooms. The majority of them have heated (optional) screened swimming pools. Most homes do have a garage for 1 or more cars but some have turned their garage in games room. The homes are rented on the basis of self catering but some also offer services similar to what you get in hotels. You are provided with bath towels and sheets for the bed and during your stay you can change the bed sheets and towels and wash them as often as you want or request that as a service. Some of these communities also have games areas for tennis and other outdoor sports as well as community swimming pools.
